Lauren is now a fully mobile unit.  She is getting around faster and more and more like crawling and we finally have caught her, she can sit herself up!  All by herself.  We knew she could because she would move from one spot to another and still be sitting, or we would walk out of the room and walk back in and swear she was on her tummy when we left and she would be sitting when we came back.  I was in her room playing with her, or rather, she was playing and I was being ignored but I had to be IN the room sitting down, and she turned her back to me and sat right up.  So I ran and got the video camera and put her back on her tummy and she did it again.  Then daddy came in and I put her back on her belly and she just gave me this…come on…kind of look and she reluctantly did it again.  Go baby go!

The crazy thing though, she has been able to roll herself over since geez a month old, but now that she can sit up, she immediately starts to roll as soon as you put her down to change a diaper.  It makes wiping poo very interesting!  Even distracting her isn’t working as well as it used to, but it is making me work twice as fast to try and get it off, clean and on before she rolls!
