Lauren is 3/4 years old!  9 months!  She is getting so big, and growing so fast.  Every day is a new milestone.  She sits up on her own, pulls herself up onto her knees and occasionally pulls herself up to standing.  She can’t balance very well, but every now and then will stand for a few seconds.  She’s a joy and a blessing and we are so happy to have her.  Now that summer is here she is happier being in less clothing, she is still happiest being naked, I know she will be so excited when she is potty trained, she really doesn’t like having her diaper on.

Nap time has become a new struggle as she can sit herself up, but she is learning and has been enteraining herself in her crib and then puts herself down to sleep.  Although there are days when she just sits up and cries for an hour and then collapses.   She is eating more and more each day, she has learned to love fruit, but still prefers fruit with more flavor than bland flavors.  Same with her veggies, she loves peppers, onions, spinach, and broccoli.  Hopefully with the garden growing rapidly we will have super fresh veggies for her too!

Oh and did I mention that she is into everything?  She really likes her carseat and going for rides.  I heard her playing with her carseat and went in to check on her and found her like this.

Very happy with herself, one arm was even through the appropriate strap, but upside down and backwards, her head is where her feet should go.
