Last evening Nathan and I were looking to get out of the house and I have been looking for a used (or cheap) copies of the Twilight books.  If you start a series you have to finish right?  So we walked downtown to Orcas Books and then on the way back home we stopped at the Taco Truck that we keep saying we should stop at.  We got excited when we first walk up because on the backside of the truck it said "Gorditas".  We haven’t found anywhere here that does gorditas and we loved the gorditas we had in Mexico, they were so good.  But alas the menu had no gorditas.  So instead we both ordered the steak burritos.  $4.25 each.  We were told they would take a few minutes, but they were done in about a minute and a half.  He handed me the bag and they were heavier than I thought they were going to be.

We sat in the little picnic area and broke into our burritos.  They were delicious.  So flavorful, nice fresh ingredients, not too spicy, not too big, not too small, just right!  Nathan sitting in the lawn chair looks up and says, "Have we found a new addiction?"  They were the perfect dinner for a hot summer day, made you wish you were in Mexico.  For us so much so we had to have a pina colada when we got home.  I think the answer to Nathan’s question may be yes.
