What a day full of blessings.  Blessings of family, friends, fun and more.  We had a party for Lauren's 2nd birthday and celebrating Evan's birth.  The theme was ducks as Lauren loves her rubber duckies.  There were bubbles and balls, and lots of food.  Our kiddos are so lucky to have such great family and friends to spend time with.  Lauren had an absolute blast playing, and she played hard.  She played right through nap time and was still busily playing with barely open eyes at bedtime.  We really didn't expect people to bring gifts, but boy did they!  So many great presents, we are slowly presenting them to Lauren.  She didn't have much interest in opening them, but enjoyed taking the tissue paper out of the bags and then putting it back in, over and over and over again.  She will have fun for weeks discovering new toys.  Evan enjoyed meeting all the ladies, and getting so many cuddles!  No complaints from him  that is for sure.  The only downside to hosting a party is that I didn't get to socialize with more people or take as many photos as I normally do.  So for all those who attended with cameras I would love copies!!  Thank you again to all who came, it made for a great memory.
